Azad was inspired to explore his own personal yoga practice after realizing the transformative benefits he could develop mentally, spiritually and physically. He began teaching yoga five years later, with a strong desire to share his knowledge with others. He first started teaching yoga retreat programs being conducted by his gurus, and later began teaching yoga asana alignment and methodology at teacher training programs around India. Azad studied Yoga at the famous International Vishwaguru School of Yoga Vedniketandham in Rishikesh, India. He completed his 200-hour and 300-hour teacher training Course and is a registered yoga teacher with the Yoga Alliance, USA. Azad's strong foundation in asana methodology and teaching inspires his students to explore their own personally practice at a more profound level. He grounds himself in peace and compassion through a steady and consistent meditation practice to balance out his asana practice. Azad was born in Uttarkashi, India, the spiritual capital of the world, located in the Himalayan Mountains, near the source of the Ganga River, considered to be holy among spiritual aspirants and yogis alike.

Mahesh was born and raised in very spiritual family. He graduated from Garhwal University with a Science background. He transformed after meeting his guru who helped him realize and understand energy and how he is connected intimately to society and others through his own energy. His guru taught him to cultivate this energy through his personal practices. He developed his knowledge further and began sharing with others, towards building a strong foundation for society. He continued practicing under his guru, furthering his education and learned how to teach others according to his guru's teachings. His expertise includes yoga therapy.

Mandeep ji is a renowned priest in Rishikesh. His immense knowledge of Mantras, Indian Mythology, and Music is his biggest strength as a Teacher. His Yoga Journey began at the tender age of 11 when he moved from his village of Amni to Rishikesh, the Yoga Capital of the World. He connects with the students in a unique way with his special meditation techniques like laughing meditation, silent walks, and dancing meditation. Accompanied by the mellifluous sounding instrument, Harmonium, he teaches Mantras and Kirtans, which are key elements of Bhakti Yoga.

Through 7 years of teaching, he has guided countless students to deepen their awareness of how the body’s structure and energy pathways influence their yoga practice and overall well-being.
